Recently, USI has launched a new Customer Service Web Portal that we hope will provide customers with a new way to communicate with our staff. Registered user's can now create their own technical support tickets as well as access our a large array of Knowledge Based articles that provide useful tips on how to use the development tools supported by USI's technical staff.
If you don't already have access to this new website, send an email to "support@ultsol.com" and in the subject, type "USI CSWP Registration Request"
For Configuration and Register Definition files, Abatron now publishes an extensive library at the following link: ftp://94.230.212.16/bdigdb/ so feel free to check in from time-to-time for any files you may need.
